Thanks everyone for the feedback from the first release of the 5 level demo! It really helped shape the new features in 1.1:

• toggle full screen
• cycle through available resolutions
• made "strafing: on" the default control scheme
• updated the images and text around strafing on/off as people found it confusing
• menu options bound to keys when no controller is detected
• minor interface updates
